On the PH969 Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered Philippine mobile number. We'll send a 6-digit OTP to that number. Once you enter it, you'll be prompted to create a new password. The reset takes under two minutes.

For security, PH969 temporarily locks accounts after several consecutive failed login attempts. The lock lifts automatically after 15 minutes. If you need access sooner, reach out to our 24/7 live chat support and we'll verify your identity and unlock the account quickly.

PH969 triggers an OTP check when a login is detected from a new or unrecognised device. This protects your account even if your password is ever compromised. OTPs are sent to your registered Philippine mobile and expire after 5 minutes. If you tick "Keep me logged in" on a trusted personal device, you won't be prompted every time.

First, check that your mobile has signal and is not on flight mode. Make sure the number on file is correct. OTPs can occasionally be delayed by a minute or two — wait a moment before requesting a new one. If you still don't receive it after two attempts, contact PH969 support via live chat and we'll assist you with an alternative verification method.

PH969 offers a wide range of games including live sports betting (basketball, football, and more), boxing betting, jackpot slots, fishing games, and the ever-popular Color Game. New games and features are added regularly, so the library keeps growing.

Color Game on PH969 follows the classic Filipino format. Three dice — each face showing one of six colours — are shaken in a cup and revealed. You bet on which colour or combination will appear. The more dice that show your chosen colour, the higher your payout multiplier. Rounds run continuously so you can jump in whenever you want.

On progressive jackpot slots at PH969, a small portion of every bet placed by all players contributes to a shared jackpot pool that keeps growing. The jackpot is triggered by landing a specific symbol combination — and when it hits, the full accumulated prize pays out to the lucky winner. Jackpot amounts are displayed in real time on each game.

Wagering requirements (sometimes called turnover) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱5,000 worth of qualifying bets. Specific wagering details are listed in each promotion's terms on the PH969 promotions dashboard.

PH969 is fully optimised as a mobile web platform — you don't need a separate app download to enjoy the full experience. Just open your preferred mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.), go to ph969.best, and log in. The site is responsive and works smoothly even on slower mobile data connections common across the Philippines.

First, check your internet connection — try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. You can also try a different browser. If PH969 is still not loading properly after these steps, contact our support team so we can check if there's any ongoing maintenance.

Once you reconnect and log back in, you'll see the result in your transaction history. If you believe there's a discrepancy, contact support with the relevant date and time and we'll review the server logs.

For the best experience, keep your browser updated to the latest version. Chrome on Android tends to perform particularly well for Filipino players on mobile data.
